Tell us about the work only your team can do.

Reach the studio behind Cumdisgracetgp. We answer every brief within one business day, with a real partner — not a routing system — and we read every word before we reply.

Project Brief

A few details, and we take it from there.

Share as much as you can. Attachments and discovery calls come after we acknowledge your note — never in lieu of it.

Direct Lines

Four ways in. Pick the one that fits.

If your question is project-shaped, use the brief. If it is procurement, partnership, or press, the right address saves us both time. All channels are monitored by the studio team — nothing routes to a third-party call centre.

The default address for new work, requests for proposals, and creative briefs. We answer in the order received, with full context — never a one-liner acknowledgement.

In Person

14 Hoxton Square, London N1 6NT

The studio sits on the north side of Hoxton Square, two minutes from Old Street roundabout. Visits are by appointment so a partner can give you their full attention.

Studio Hours

Mon – Thu · 09:00 – 18:00 GMT

Friday is reserved for craft, writing, and studio reviews. Out-of-hours briefs are read first thing the following Monday and answered the same day.

Hoxton Square, in the middle of it all.

Our studio occupies the upper floor of a former printer’s workshop. It is a working space, not a showroom — so we keep visits intentional and the coffee excellent.

Engagement Questions

What teams ask before they reach out.

A short, honest list of the questions we hear most often from first-time clients. If yours is not here, ask it anyway — we would rather answer directly than leave you guessing.

Q.How long does a typical engagement run?

Most projects sit between eight and sixteen weeks. A focused identity refresh can be four; a full brand-to-product system with launch typically runs a calendar quarter. We will tell you the realistic shape during the first call, not the most flattering one.

Q.Do you take on work outside Europe and North America?

Yes. Roughly a third of our active engagements are with teams in APAC and the Middle East. We build our production calendars around the timezones of the people doing the work, and run overlap hours that respect both sides.

Q.What does a first conversation look like?

A forty-five minute video call with a senior partner and the strategist who would lead your project. We listen, ask questions you may not have heard before, and share how we would frame the work. You leave with a short, written note summarising what we heard — yours to keep, regardless of what comes next.

Q.Can you sign an NDA before we share sensitive material?

Always. Send your mutual NDA with the brief and we will return it countersigned the same day. We are equally comfortable working under your master services agreement once a partnership is established.

Q.What if we already have an in-house team?

Most of our best work sits alongside existing teams. We have embedded with product, brand, and engineering groups at every scale, and we are honest about when a full hand-off back to your team is the right next step.

Q.How is pricing structured?

Fixed-fee for defined scopes, retainer for ongoing partnerships. We share a detailed line-item estimate before any commitment and update it transparently as the work evolves. No surprise invoices — that is a promise we have kept for nine years.
